A stomach bug has struck the house knocking three out of four of us flat in our butts including me. Once it finally clears I can’t wait to get back to normal.
So here we are day two of nonstop rain. Not so great for my motivation and I’m afraid I’m going to need a kayak at work since we are in a low lying area and it’s supposed to rain until Thursday 😱
Had to finish my run/walk today at 3 miles total and was .02 miles short! Pretty proud of myself for picking up the pace today. More interval training tomorrow!

So yesterday I completed day 3 of my 10 week program. It went well and I completed 3.46 miles. This morning was another story…my adorable daughter thought that waking up at 4:15 would be a grand idea.
So far I have to say I’m in love with my new training app. I ran my longest distance so far since I started this journey and today 2.9 miles on the elliptical was like nothing! Tomorrow is another run day and I’m actually excited!!
