Weight Training Day #1

Today was the first day of weight training with my friend Wendy dark and early at 5am before work. Mondays from now are going to be upper body. Here is a list of what we did today:

  • Dumbbell Fly
  • Reverse Fly
  • Bicep Curls
  • Dumbbell Kickbacks
  • Overhead Dumbbell Press
  • Tricep Dips
  • Bench Press

We did this cycle 3 times and started off with 5lb weights since neither of us have been lifting weights recently. Felt great to workout like this again and am looking forward to “full body” on Wednesday and legs on Friday!
