Thank You Legs

Oh lord, getting out of bed this morning was a little rough. Definitely feeling those split squats from yesterday!  Today’s interval run consisted of 3 min run/2 min walk x 8, got 3.97 miles in and definitely loosened up my legs which I am grateful for. Forgot how much I enjoy the feeling of being sore from a great workout! Looking forward to leg day tomorrow.
