A Little Behind

This holiday weekend has me all turned around! So does the gym by not being open today. Long weekend filled with my munchkins 2nd birthday, family, and another birthday party! Hoping to feel more normal tomorrow after a trip to the gym in the morning.

Motivation vs. Determination

So much for a case of the Monday’s. Munchkin only gave me an extra 50 mins of sleep this morning making for one tired momma. I had absolutely no motivation for my workout today and felt like a lost slacker wandering around the gym. I managed to still get a decent workout though because my shoulders and abs are already sore!

Today was a good lesson in this fact:

Case of the Monday’s

Well it’s a good thing my daughter is cute and I was determined to make it to the Y this morning! Munchkin decided that she would wake up at 3am and not go back to sleep until 4:30 when my alarm goes off for the gym at 4:45am. I’m proud to say I made it to the gym before the doors even opened! Got in a mile run and upper body/abs workout with the kettlebells. Now I’m waiting for the inevitable crash since I’ve been up since 3am…
