Jello Arms

I have to say with increasing my weights today my arm workout was much more fulfilling than last week! My arms were definitely shaking for each rep of the bench press. Working my way up to 8-12 reps, only able to do three sets of 5 right now but you have to start somewhere. Feeling much better like the funk is starting to lift. Looking forward to keeping on track with full body day tomorrow.

My New Friend/Enemy

Today I found a new friend and created a new enemy – inclined bench press. I’m used to regular bench press but did the incline/decline bench press for the first time today. I have to say I was proud I can still bench the standard bar even though its been years since I touched one. Seems like Saturday is going to be my free weight day since hubby is there to spot me. Worked on triceps afterwards and can already feel it.
